Your struggle does not define you—how you grow through it does. The sacred can still grow in soil that feels cold, cracked, or weary.

Endurance is not glamorous, but it is holy. Every root grows unseen before it nourishes fruit. Trust the hidden work.

Sit in silence.
Name the struggle.
Breathe in: “This is hard.”
Breathe out: “God, help me grow.”
Repeat 5 times, then sit in stillness and just be.
You don’t have to fix the struggle. Just let the sacred meet you in it.
